When Russia hit electrical grids in Ukraine, people like Ursula Von der Leyen of the European Union (EU) said this:

But now that Israel is doing much worse, cutting off not only electricity, but also all fresh water supplies to 2.3 Million Palestinians in the Gaza Strip, she says nothing.
