The Collapse of American Criminal Justice

The Collapse of American Criminal Justice

The radicalization and politicization of our criminal justice system has resulted in the United States becoming the most dangerous country in the first world and more dangerous than many in the third world. The murder rate is rising but the arrest rate is falling. Blacks mainly murder one another, but white Americans are being murdered by blacks at a rising rate with a 20% increase between 2019 and 2021. White people who live in blue cities are especially at risk. White people seldom murder  black ones.

Eric Striker reports that even when arrests are made, conviction doesn’t follow. Blacks often refuse to convict blacks, causing charges to be reduced to time served awaiting trial. The demonization of white people as racists has resulted in blacks seeing justice through a racist lens. The supply of objective black jurors is diminishing.
