It is ironic that Dershowitz, a lawyer of leftist persuasion, is under attack by leftwing lawyers. As best as I can tell, and I do not know all of Dershowitz’s cases, the only time he let his legal actions reflect his emotions was his successful attempt to block tenure for fellow Jew Norman Finkelstein who violated the Jewish persecution narrative. Dershowitz, if not always, at least usually, defended the Constitution and the law as it was written and opposed the use of the judicial system as a weapon.
