Democrats, such as Representatives Gerry Connelly (D,VA), Dwight Evan (D,PA), Adam Schiff (D,CA), and Adriana Espaillat (D,NY), have responded to criticisms of Biden using a federal indictment against Trump to remove the obstacle to his reelection by answering the criticism with “no one is above the law.”
But that is not so as they well know. Biden is above the law, no problem with him having classified documents dating from his VP days or being paid for political influence. Son Hunter is above the law as we know from the non-investigation of his laptop evidence and the sudden cancellation of the IRS investigation of his tax fraud. Hillary Clinton is above the law as we know from the FBI’s lack of interest in her crimes.
