Apart from the apparent lack of any kind of justification to treat people like that and the moral decadence and complete misinterpretation of what law and respect for the law is, this farce of a prison would have made Mr Himmler proud. I am sorry to say that but I think that the inmates of Mauthausen and Bergen Belsen had more “Freedom” than those poor bastards in Guantanamo. At least they could communicate, relate with each other, walk around …. Also it seems cynical to write this, the day to day negation of human interaction, deprivation of physical impression, confinement into animal cages, and all those refined arts of torture seem to be a very new and impressive Konzentrationslager 2.0. It does no good! It corrupts wardens, politicans and everybody involved and finally will rest on the american people. Its despicable.
