Biden grants clemency to Maryland “black widow” alleged to have killed two husbands and a lover for insurance money

The American “justice” system is so corrupt that most or all of these convicted murderers could be innocent.  However, we know that the hundreds of Jan 6 Trump supporters  forced into self-incrimination as “insurrectionists” are innocent. If people convicted of murder can be candidates for clemency, why can’t people who attended a political rally for President Trump be  granted clemency or pardons?
