MOSCOW, 24 March. /TASS/. Hunter Biden’s Rosemont Seneca Thornton investment fund and the Soros Foundation are involved in funding biolabs in Ukraine. This was announced by Igor Kirillov, Chief of the Radiation, Chemical and Biological Protection Forces of the RF Armed Forces.

“The incoming materials allow us to trace the scheme of interaction between US government agencies and Ukrainian biological objects. Attention is drawn to the involvement in financing these activities of structures close to the current US leadership, in particular the Rosemont Seneca investment fund, which is managed by Hunter Biden,” Kirillov said.

According to him, the scale of the program is impressive. “In addition to the [US] military department, the US Agency for International Development, the George Soros Foundation, the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention are directly involved in its implementation. Leading research organizations, including the Los Alamos National Laboratory, which develops nuclear weapons within the framework of the Manhattan Project.
