Between a Rock and a Hard Place
Keep in Mind that Trump has to Balance the threat of the Virus against the threat of a Closed Down Economy. He is caught between a rock and a hard place. It is especially difficult because so little is known about the Virus. On the other hand, the threat of 30% unemployment, evictions from nonpayment of rent, no health coverage, no money with which to purchase food, can produce massive social turmoil and violence. Can martial law cope with 47 million people in the streets ?
