Washington’s Insouciance Has No Rival

Is Obama a hypocrite or merely insouciant? Or is he an idiot?

According to news reports Obama’s White House meeting on Valentine’s day with China’s Vice President, Xi Jinping, provided an opportunity for Obama to raise “a sensitive human rights issue with the Chinese leader-in-waiting.” The brave and forthright Obama didn’t let etiquette or decorum get in his way. Afterwards, Obama declared that Washington would “continue to emphasize what we believe is the importance of realizing the aspirations and rights of all people.”

Think about that for a minute. Washington is now in the second decade of murdering Muslim men, women, and children in six countries. Washington is so concerned with human rights that it drops bombs on schools, hospitals, weddings and funerals, all in order to uphold the human rights of Muslim people. You see, bombing liberates Muslim women from having to wear the burka and from male domination.

One hundred thousand, or one million, dead Iraqis, four million displaced Iraqis, a country with destroyed infrastructure, and entire cities, such as Fallujah, bombed and burnt with white phosphorus into cinders is the proper way to show concern for human rights.

Ditto for Afghanistan. And Libya.

In Pakistan, Yemen, and Somalia Washington’s drones bring human rights to the people.

Abu Ghraib, Guantanamo, and secret CIA prison sites are other places to which Washington brings human rights. Obama, who has the power to murder American citizens without due process of law, is too powerless to close Guantanamo Prison.

He is powerless to prevent himself from supplying Israel with weapons with which to murder Palestinians and Lebanese citizens to whom Obama brings human rights by vetoing every UN resolution passed against Israel for its crimes against humanity.

Instead of following Washington’s human rights lead, the evil Chinese invest in other countries, buy things from them, and sell them goods.

Has any foreign dignitary ever raised “a sensitive human rights issue” with Obama or his predecessor? How is the world so deranged that Washington can murder innocents for years on end and still profess to be the world’s defender of human rights?

How many people has China bombed, droned, and sanctioned into non-existence in the 21st century?

Will Syria and Iran be the next victims of Washington’s concern for human rights?

Nothing better illustrates the total unreality of life in the West than the fact that the entire Western world did not break out in riotous laughter over Obama’s expression of his human rights concern over China’s behavior.

Washington’s concern with human rights does not extend as far as airport security where little girls and grandmothers are sexually groped. Antiwar activists have their homes invaded, their personal possessions carried off, and a grand jury is summoned to frame them up on some terrorist charge. US soldier Bradley Manning is held for two years in violation of the US Constitution while the human rights government concocts fabricated charges to punish him for revealing a US war crime. WikiLeaks’ Julian Assange is harassed endlessly with the goal of bringing him into the human rights clutches of Washington. Critics of Washington’s inhumane policies are monitored and spied upon.

Washington is the worst violator of human rights in our era, and Washington has only begun.

Who will liberate Americans from Washington’s clutches?

one of our fellow vets being wounded by a policeman during a recent peaceful demonstration in Sacramento.

    OH VETERAN MY VETERAN !
    BY Ermanno Barone
    Oh Veteran My Veteran,
    My Valiant American,
    Why did you sacrifice?
To protect our freedoms in our land?
To bring Liberty and peace of mind?
To spread Democracy where there was none?
To write, to read, to speak, to think without fear?
To worship Whoever and Whatever we hold dear?
YES, for these freedoms you fought bravely,
For these freedoms you died gloriously.
    And, we shall never forget.
So let it be written and so let it be said
    Because of your sacrifices
Our country and our Liberties have endured.

    Oh Veteran My Veteran
    My brave young American,
    What did you sacrifice?
Was it your sight, your limbs, your mind, your life?
A wayward bullet collapse your lung?
A schrapnel wound pierce your arm?
What happened to your crippled hand?

    Oh Veteran My Veteran
    My noble American,
Where did you meet your foe?
Where did you face your first fearful fight,
The bayonet charge, the sniper’s bullet in the night,
The thunderous volley of cannon blasts?
Is that what tore your limbs apart?
What was it you said about your fallen
    Comrade on that fateful night,
As he lay, in agonizing pain, prostrate on that sacred ground,
His guts oozing from a stomach wound ?
Oh! Horrid sight! Even now, his painful cries still echo
Through the troubled corridors of your mind.

    Oh Veteran My Veteran,
    My gallant American,
    Where did you sacrifice?
On the bloody beaches of Normandy?
On scorching desert sands? On stormy seas,
Or frozen mountain slopes? Under collapsing walls
Of a burning city or are you a road side victim of an IED?

Was it in Korea, Vietnam, Iraq or Afghanistan?
Could it have been on board that precious ship,
The USS LIBERTY, where 34 of our finest men fallen
Treacherously by a so called friend?
Is Iran the next place to lay still another American tablet
To read “Oh grave, where is thy victory?”

    Oh Veteran My Veteran,
My noble American…when? when will it all end?
Yet hear me still. Our own country needs you now,
    Have you not heard?
There’s trouble in our own land.
    Our leaders speak in platitudes.
They have sold their souls to a foreign HEAD.
    Their collective idealism is dead.
Our media too has betrayed our trust.
They champion Wall Street and promote wars.
They gloat and bathe in the blood
Only you, my veterans, have shed.

    Oh Veteran My Veteran
    My patriotic American,
You have done your part, yet today,
    Our country needs you again,
    As for me…
“Demand of me all that I have to give
And while I live I’ll give it gladly.”

    Oh Veteran My Veteran,
    My loyal American
Our country’s new enemy is unbelievably within.
We need your bravery and your devotion here at home
    To help us win,
Or all you have sacrificed for
    Will have been in vain.

Tell me again…how does this all make sense?

After the Polish communists had killed 50, 000 German Nationals who had been living in a part of the new Poland that had been German for 800 years….we went to WW2 because Hitler bombed Warsaw and killed 1, 000 people….most of them soldiers who had been defending their country…and we immediately secretly bombed Germany for three months to start the London Blitz which then killed 50, 000……and , of course, to escalate the little Polish war in a World War…a war that caused the death of 50 million…as we teamed up with Stalin and his communists buddies who would go on to kill 50 million Christians including 28 Bishops, 1, 200 Priests and Nuns, and destroy several thousand Christian churches….And then we , the good guys, killed 3 million in Korea, 3 million in Vietnam, several hundred thousand in Laos, and Cambodia, a million in Iraq, several hundred thousand in Afghanistan and tens of thousands in Yugoslavia while destroying those three country forever with DU; and then we helped murder almost a million in Rwanda as we fought France for the control of Rwanda; and the let’s not even talk about the millions we caused to die in the Congo, Indonesia, The Sudan and Somalia of war or starvation…… or what we have done in Central America, Haiti and the Philippines for the last 100 years…and I won’t even detail how our IMF and World Bank and the FED destroyed the economy of South America, particularly Argentina and Brazil, and the world in the 1930’s, and how they are presently trying to destroy Europe and how they have robbed us out of trillions in the last few years with bank Bailouts…So tell me again……Is Iran going to be the last of this madness, are we going to kill another 5 or 10 million this time and get the killing all over with, or it going to go on and on like this until the world dies of DU, pollution, Global Warming and shame…?

People went their wrath on the Rulers. It is all handed to them. It is clearly collective culpability. Rulers cunning, citizens’ utter stupidly.

    Case number 100000.

A leading, all-time egregious military/government boondoggle was/is the US NORAD, a “cold war” holdover. (They bought this, of course. Safe and all.) During its existence, costing countless billions, pilots getting their jollies, it is doubtful that there was even a threat that the standard USAF could not have addressed, and then, not a threat. Yet it never missed an errant Cessna. But then there was 9/11. Ostensibly, a total failure.

Those that were to varying degrees, in charge, were uniformly promoted, some all the way to the “top”. No heads rolled! Not that there were any planes, but the citizens believe there were.

Citizen says no problem. Citizens did not blink.

The citizens still let that government completely off the hook. Liberals still sucking up. Everyone on the “good side” on the internet refers to the Arab attacks, and especially, the “activists”. The only trump card is 9/11, and they will never play it, guaranteed. Destiny so dictates.

People still vent their wrath on the myriad of Rulers. It is all handed to them on a platter.
